Machine Info
MSD-1HSA PB2 model is hydraulic fully-automatic bansdsaw machine with servo job feeding facility, which is used mainly in high productions workshops (use up to 12 hours per day). The saw band is driven by V-belt step pulley, induction 3 phase motor & 3 phase coolant pump and an oil-bath worm reduction gearbox.
Machine is equipped with the Single-sided swiveling arm with angle positioning to cut 90° material. A single acting hydraulic vice with job clamping ensure a parallel cut use of the bandsaw. The material clamping is done very easily by using a push button, whose movable jaw is guided by 2 hard chrome shafts and precise hydraulic cylinder. During cutting, the material can be effectively clamped by vice, Material feeding & lifting is carried out by hydraulic cylinder set by control panel PLC logic.
