Machine Info
MSD-6HS PB2 model is simple manual bandsaw machine, which is used mainly in workshops (use up to 12 hours per day). The saw band is driven by V-belt step pulley, induction 3 phase motor & 3 phase coolant pump and an oil-bath worm reduction gearbox.
Machine is equipped with the Single-sided swiveling arm with angle positioning to cut 90° to 45° material. A single acting vice with job clamping ensure accurate cut use of the bandsaw. The material clamping is done very easily by using a vice, whose movable jaw is guided by 2 hard chrome shafts and precise lead screw. During cutting, the material can be effectively clamped by stable vice and movable vice, Material feeding is carried out manually by hydraulic cylinder set by the arm of the operator.
